Our ide­as for our coope­ra­ti­on are also deri­ved from our DNA. The­re are only a limi­t­ed num­ber of machi­ne, yarn and span­d­ex manu­fac­tu­r­ers for the pro­duc­tion of high-qua­li­ty cove­ring yarns. The real dif­fe­rence bet­ween the sup­pli­ers is the peo­p­le. When sel­ec­ting employees, ori­gin,
gen­der, age, reli­gi­on or ori­en­ta­ti­on are not sel­ec­tion cri­te­ria for us; the focus is sole­ly on peo­p­le with their skills and moti­va­ti­on. The ZIM­MER­MANN team is a colorful mix of count­ries of ori­gin, ages, gen­ders and reli­gi­ons, and we see this diver­si­ty as a strength.

Every day, every employee has a major influence on the qua­li­ty of our work. From deve­lo­p­ment, which defi­nes the pro­per­ties of our yarns tog­e­ther with the cus­to­mer, to sales, which is our face to the cus­to­mer, purcha­sing, which pro­vi­des yarns when they are nee­ded, our employees in pro­duc­tion, who lite­ral­ly have the qua­li­ty of our yarns in their hands, to our ser­vice depart­ments logi­stics, IT, con­trol­ling, qua­li­ty and the work­shop, which all sup­port us in our dai­ly pro­ces­ses. And let’s not for­get the room main­ten­an­ce, which crea­tes an envi­ron­ment in which we all enjoy working. We achie­ve qua­li­ty in all pro­ducts and pro­ces­ses when ever­yo­ne does their best in their envi­ron­ment.

The enthu­si­asm of all of us who work here at ZIM­MER­MANN has made us what we are today — a pre­mi­um sup­pli­er of first-class yarns with high cus­to­mer bene­fits. Our enthu­si­asm is reflec­ted in our pro­ducts, and our cus­to­mers noti­ce this too. Many cus­to­mers have been loy­al to us for many years or return to us for this reason.
