Our ideas for our cooperation are also derived from our DNA. There are only a limited number of machine, yarn and spandex manufacturers for the production of high-quality covering yarns. The real difference between the suppliers is the people. When selecting employees, origin,
gender, age, religion or orientation are not selection criteria for us; the focus is solely on people with their skills and motivation. The ZIMMERMANN team is a colorful mix of countries of origin, ages, genders and religions, and we see this diversity as a strength.
Every day, every employee has a major influence on the quality of our work. From development, which defines the properties of our yarns together with the customer, to sales, which is our face to the customer, purchasing, which provides yarns when they are needed, our employees in production, who literally have the quality of our yarns in their hands, to our service departments logistics, IT, controlling, quality and the workshop, which all support us in our daily processes. And let’s not forget the room maintenance, which creates an environment in which we all enjoy working. We achieve quality in all products and processes when everyone does their best in their environment.
